Product Owner
[Business Track and Innovation Track]

Responsibilities:

    Product Discovery:

  • Manage the neuropsychological digital service project to ensure maximum utilization and impact by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
  • Lead projects from requirement definition through identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
  • Obtain customer and stakeholder feedback and report it back to the development team.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.


    Product Delivery:

  • Break down high-level features into user stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and design to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  • Plan and coordinate product releases, considering dependencies and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate release plans and updates to stakeholders and the wider team.


    User Feedback and Iterative Development:

  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights to inform product decisions.
  • Embrace an iterative development approach, continuously improving products based on user feedback and market changes.


    Collaboration and Communication:

  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders.
  • Communicate product goals, progress, and challenges effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Qualifications:

  • [Business Track] Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Economics, Engineering, Health Sciences, or equivalent experience).
  • [Innovation Track] Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Innovation, Engineering, Health Sciences, or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a product owner or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of product development.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, with experience in Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Certification in Product Management, Business Development, or Professional Psychology Course.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion).
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

Data Scientist Lead

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data science with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Passion for mental healthcare and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Innovative mindset with an interest in exploring the potential of AI in mental healthcare.
  • Expertise in data wrangling, machine learning, and statistical analysis.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant data science libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Frontend Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the UX/UI Team, Backend Team, and Data Team to develop applications according to requirements.
  • Write Unit Tests and E2E Tests and test applications.
  • Review and fix code issues from testing, team members, stakeholders, and end users.
  • Provide technical opinion on solution design and resolve other issues.


Qualifications
:

  • Experience in developing Responsive Web Applications with Typescript, React.js.
  • Ability to develop applications according to specified designs.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Website Structure, and User Interface.
  • Skills in teamwork, good communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and being proactive.


Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in Mobile Application development.
  • Experience in writing Unit Testing and/or E2E Testing.
  • Experience in CI/CD.
