    Product Discovery:

  • Obtain customer and stakeholder feedback and report it back to the development team.

Qualifications:

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Python Engineer to join our mission of transforming mental health care through Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data science and production engineering. You will be responsible for building robust microservices that serve AI models, ensuring our applications are scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Because we work in the mental health space, code quality, reliability, and data privacy are not just “nice-to-haves”—they are essential to our users’ well-being.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Production Engineering: Design, write, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient Python code. You will translate research code (Jupyter notebooks) into production-grade software using strict OOP principles.
  • AI/ML Deployment: Architect and deploy AI/ML models as scalable microservices (using frameworks like FastAPI).
  • System Architecture: Apply Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) best practices to build low-latency, high-availability systems.
  • DevOps & Automation: Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions etc.) to automate testing and deployment processes.
  • Infrastructure: Collaborate on MLOps initiatives to streamline model lifecycle management, from training to monitoring in production.

Qualifications

  • Python Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), design patterns, and writing clean, testable code.
